Open Question: Is now a good time to buy a house in Greater LA area?
I am interested in areas in Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, Walnut, Diamond Bar and Chino Hills. The interest rate is under 5%. I don’t know if now is a good time. Will the price continue declining?
