Open Question: Personal and s corp taxes?
I want to use my own personal tax guy for my upcoming taxes.. I am also am a 50% owner of an s corp…my partner wants me to use our corp tax person for my personal taxes. i do not want to do that. i want to keep them seperate.. what info do i need to provide my personal tax guy about our 2008 corp tax year.. we took no distributions and decided to keep all the profits in the corp… again i want to keeo them seperate but need info on what my pers tax will need about the corp
